A few choice quotes -
Already hailed as 'a must see' (NME)
'The new darlings of the underground' (Clockwork Prism)
And 'a magical, mystical excitingly visual band' (Alternative London)
WARNING!!! 'If you like your CD production to be top notch Pink Floydy
stylie perhaps you shouldn't buy this, but Rubbish Records are supporting
T23 all the way as we really like the cut of their gib. T23 are a psy-rock
art/music collective based in north London. This is their debut album
and they have had 1000 individually numbered copies of this album made.
T23 have spent the last year gathering grass roots support with successful
gigs at venues and clubs as diverse as Antiworld, The Barfly, The Cannabis
Festival, Alchemeleon & The Festival of Peace. I find them fresh,
exciting and deserving of every success. They have done a pretty good
job of getting this album out off their own backs and getting the production
up to as good a level as they could.
SO!!! If you like your music kind of live, real and right-on then we
urge you to give this one a go. Personally, I think the slight roughness
around the edges makes it so much more real somehow and the perfect antidote
to 'Pop Idol Syndrome'. OK, I confess - I'm a T23 fan and I want you all
to be, too! But hey, you've got to admire their style in trying to cut
out the fat cat middlemen by releasing this themselves on Ebay, where,
in fact, you can go and buy it, although rest assured Rubbish Records
are taking only a tiny percentage should you choose to buy it here.
Not only do T23 sound good, they also look like this:

Yeah baby, yeah! You know it makes sense!' mbs
You can listen to, or download, mp3 samples of 'When The Going Gets Weird'
on the T23 website http://www.t23.info as well as see all the news and
info about the band, read reviews and chat on the forum.
'T23 and the Psychedelic Circus' also have a track (Zoo Nation) currently
featured on Karma Download's Best of The Barfly compilation which is available
for free download on http://www.karmadownload.com.
